Our Programs

CSO’s programs support individuals and families by addressing immediate needs while building long‑term stability. Through Community Action services, CSO provides food access, case management, housing and homelessness support, service navigation, school‑based prevention programs, utility assistance referrals, and free tax preparation. CSO also delivers Workforce Development services through PA CareerLink®, helping people prepare for, find, and retain employment through career coaching, training opportunities, and employer connections.
