Partnering for Success

We partner with County Assistance Offices (CAO) to help people who receive Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) access training and prepare to enter the workforce. These services are provided to individuals who are referred by their CAO caseworker.

EARN (Employment, Advancement, and Retention Network) staff provide case management, job readiness workshops, skills training, work activities, job placement, retention services, and support services to help participants find and keep a job.

Work Ready takes a family-centered approach to help people overcome barriers to employment like education, childcare, transportation, and health. Staff offers participants case management and referrals to community partners.
