Who can apply?
You may be eligible to receive assistance with rent and utilities if you have been directly or indirectly impacted by COVID-19.
If you or anyone in your household has:

Qualified for unemployment benefits

Lost income, or experienced other financial hardship due directly or indirectly to COVID-19

Been at risk of homelessness or have a past due utility payment

Priority of service will be given to eligible households that include any of the following:

Households with income at or below 50% of the area median OR
-
One or more individuals within the household are unemployed as of the date of application for assistance and have not been employed for the 90-day period preceding such date

The landlord packet consists of the landlord information form, the landlord's statement of rent, and the W-9 form. All can be downloaded below along with the application.

Eligibility has changed in both Northumberland and Montour Counties, if your income is below the 80% of the Median Income listed below, you may be able to get help with rent or utilities.
