Due to the overwhelming demand and lack of remaining funds, Northumberland County Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) is no longer accepting applications. For those who have already applied, Northumberland County will continue to process applications until all available funds are exhausted.

If you or anyone in your household has:

Qualified for unemployment benefits

Lost income, or experienced other financial hardship due directly or indirectly to COVID-19
-
Been at risk of homelessness or have a past due utility
-
Those with income at or below 50% of the area median
-
One or more individuals within the household are unemployed as of the date of application for assistance & have not been employed for the 90-day period preceding such date
