Utilities

Through partnerships with PPL Electric Utilities, UGI Utilities, Aqua Pennsylvania, and Pennsylvania American Water, CSO helps residents in our community become more energy efficient and save money on their utility bills. We can also help you apply for assistance with your heating bill through the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

We can help you fill out a COMPASS application to apply for LIHEAP and other benefits.

CSO Cares Energy Fund

Through the generosity of private donors, CSO helps eligible residents with 100 gallons of heating oil or a ton of coal. We also offer a utility savings program that matches your contributions up to $400 over six months!
