Community
Needs Assessment

CSO is creating a Community Needs Assessment for 2024 to 2026.

The Community Needs Assessment will help us better understand the needs of residents with low incomes and the communities where they live throughout Northumberland, Columbia, and Montour counties. It will also include strategies to address these needs. The final document will be available in September 2024.

You can help by taking a survey to share your experiences and ideas. Your participation means that you will have influence in community decision making and the way that funds are spent to address community needs.
