COVID-19 Resources

Central Susquehanna Opportunities, Inc., remains open and ready to serve our customers and our communities. Although having to temporarily shut our physical locations to the public, we are not closed. All sites are continuing to provide services for our three-county area including Columbia, Montour, and Northumberland Counties.

CSO, Inc. is still providing essential service to customers needing food, housing, family services or having a heating emergency.

Preventing the Spread

Individual Resources

The Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission signed an emergency order prohibiting electric, natural gas, water, wastewater, telecommunication and steam utility terminations. Read the full press release: CLICK HERE

The Community Action Agency serving Columbia, Montour and Northumberland counties is still providing essential services to customers needing food distribution, housing, heating emergencies, or family services. Case management situations will be done by telephone.
